- Technical Data: Cloud usage metadata for vended accounts to ensure compliance with our Fair Use policy.
- Payment Data: We do not store full credit card details. Payments via UPI and cards are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party gateways.
2. How We Use Data
Data is used exclusively to provision cloud environments, prevent fraudulent activities (like unauthorized crypto-mining), and improve our AI-driven workload reviews.
Terms of Service
By using Ash7 Hub services, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern the use of the overall website and specialized products like C7Box and Ops7.
1. Account Vending (C7Box)
Users must not use vended AWS/GCP/Azure accounts for illegal activities, including but not limited to hacking, phishing, or crypto-mining. Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.
2. Payments & UPI
C7Box provides Pay-as-you-go options. Users are responsible for costs incurred within their vended environments. UPI payments must be made from verified bank accounts for security audit trails.
Copyright Protection
"All content, including but not limited to the Ops7 engine code, C7Box vending logic, Research Reports, PDaaS documentation, and visual assets, are the exclusive intellectual property of Ash7 Technologies Hub."
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our cloud-automation scripts or research publications is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act.
